Communication is my thing and always has been.

 The telephone has been with me as a tool for the last 35 years...and I just love it.

I like talking on the phone. 

And I like people and their individuality. I have always been interested in the diversity of lifestyles, different opinions and points of view.  Traveling is my passion.

That's why I spent a few months in England in my early 20s, for the language, the country and the charming British people.

This was followed by training as a foreign language secretary. I wanted to see the world.

 

After that, I was very happy working in logistics for suppliers in the automotive industry for over 10 years.
International groups and large companies are exciting. Processes are constantly changing and being optimized. This also requires employees to remain flexible.

I was responsible for customers and suppliers.  Constantly exchanging and passing on information. Bringing together different contacts.
Communication all day long.  

Customer orientation was a MUST and I always enjoyed it.

 

I fulfilled my wish to have my own company 15 years ago.

A good relationship with the customer is essential and allows both sides to have a good time. Fun instead of stress: yes, it works!

Good communication involves interest in the other person, empathy and respect.

It is the basis for any kind of relationship and the key to all areas of life.

Everything starts with words, even and especially in today's digital age, which undoubtedly makes great things possible! But not everything.

...and of course the basis of every customer relationship. 

That's exactly how I talk to potential customers on the phone: honestly, at eye level and with respect.
Customer needs and their pain points are the focus of my telephony.
Sales is pure communication.

I come from a family of entrepreneurs.

My parents ran a small shoe store in Hamburg Wellingsbüttel, which my grandparents set up before the war.
So I grew up with customers and the relationship with them. (and the people of Wellingsbüttel really are very discerning customers).
Later, I ran the business mainly on my own for a year.

 

 Fifteen years ago, I started thinking about becoming self-employed and, through various channels, I finally founded my own company.

Since then, I have been happily communicating all over the world and with people of all kinds and love the variety of new projects and people.

The freedom of my home office and the possibilities of mobile working suit my life perfectly.
